The word Jollof means 'one pot' comes from the Wolof people of Senegal and Gambia. The most common ingredients are rice, tomatoes and tomato paste, onion, salt, and red pepper. Any kind of meat, vegetable, or spice can be added.
Heating Instructions
Microwaves:Tear 2 cms on both sides as marked. Microwave on full power Cat E - 800W for 2 minutes. Microwaves ovens vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.
Pan: Heat up in a saucepan ,and add contents of pouch for 3 minutes. Check the product is hot before serving. Do not re-heat.
