What are your office hours?

We are open for telephone calls between 9am a.m. until 9pm 7 days a week.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices for the kitchen worktops shown on our website INCLUDE VAT.

Which credit and debit cards do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards EXCEPT American Express.

Will my kitchen worktop colour be the same as I see on the web site?

Some variation is inevitable but as far as possible we try to ensure that the photographs give a close colour/shade match.

How do I check my kitchen worktop for damage?

A thorough visual check is essential, but also, peel back the protective film from the front edge of the worktop then run your fingers slowly along the long, front edge. This can reveal impact damage that is not readily apparent simply by looking. Any damage must be reported in accordance with our returns policy, so please refer to that section

Do you provide a cutting service for the wooden kitchen worktops?

Yes we do and the cost is shown on the web site. Be careful when measuring, we cannot replace any goods that do not fit but which match the size given.
