| Tasty Caribbean rice in ten minutes.
Ingredients: Pre cooked long grain rice, cheese flavour (maltodextrin, whey, modified food starch, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soy and coconut), salt, wheat flower, buttermilk, natural and artificial flavours, monosodium glutamate, onion powder, skim milk, sugar, silicon dioxide, citric acid, garlic powder, FD&C yellow 5 and 6, FD&C yellow 5 and 5, titanuim oxide. Contains wheat products, milk ingredients, coconut, and soy.

Cooking Directions
Using Microwave Oven
1. Remove lid completely from cup and add boiling water to fill fill line on label.
2. Stir thoroughly and cover with a microwave safe lid.
3. Microvwave on high for 3 minutes (1,200W)
4. Remove from the microwave (do not stir) and leave to stand for two additional minutes.
5. Stir again and enjoy.

Cooking Directions
Using Boiling Water
1.Open lid halfway and rapidly add boiling water to fill line on the label. Stir thoroughly.
2. Cover securely with lid and let stand for 10 minutes.
3. Remove lid, stir thoroughly again and enjoy.
Store in a cool dry place.
