Ingredients: Pre cooked long grain rice, seasoning concentrate, textured soy flour, pumpkin powder, maltodextrin, cornflour, soy, lecithin, salt, dehydrated spinach, momosodium glutamate, onion powder, garlic powder, dehydrated green onion,hydrolysed soy corn protein, spinach powder, autolysed yeast extract, spices, natural and artificial flavour, tumeric, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, spice extractives, cornstarch.
Contains soy and wheat products. May contain traces of milk.

Cooking Directions
Using Microwave Oven
1. Remove lid completely from cup and add boiling water to fill fill line on label.
2. Stir thoroughly and cover with a microwave safe lid.
3. Microvwave on high for 3 minutes (1,200W)
4. Remove from the microwave (do not stir) and leave to stand for two additional minutes.
5. Stir again and enjoy.

Cooking Directions
Using Boiling Water
1. Open lid halfway and rapidly add boiling water to fill line on the label. Stir thoroughly.
2. Cover securely with lid and let stand for 10 minutes.
3. Remove lid, stir thoroughly again and enjoy.
Store in a cool dry place.
